Endo & Bad lower back?

Hey everyone,

So when I have an endo flare up it’s my hips, pelvis, legs and tummy that feel like they’re being set on fire and being crushed, but I also get a very very bad lower back. I’ve read some articles which say endometriosis can be a cause of this? I was wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience to me with this lower back pain? I’m not sure what I can do. I’ve tried hot water bottles but its so bad its stopping me from being able to exercise and I’m turning into a slowly growing depressed little mess and I need to get out of it. I’ve been so depressed and so upset and negative lately. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can 1) deal with the pain and 2) snap out of this negative and low mindset I’ve developed because of this?
