OH NO!!! BROWN DISCHARGE?! BADLY NEED YOUR HELP

Hi so I had an appendectomy surgery last July 23 and I just had a sex with my boyfriend last August 9 or 10 which is my first sexual intercourse and August 18. He didn't release his sperm cell inside my uterus. So I'm kinda confident that I'm not pregnant. But after having sex last August 18 It's kinda hurts a lot when I'm peeing but my aunt suggested to drink water so after 2 days of drinking 2 liters per day which is equivalent to 16 glasses, the pain stopped. But this week my back hurts and my womb hurts to the point I'm having muscle pain and lazy to walk. I'm kinda dizzy many times and doesn't want to eat 'cause of losing of appetite. My stomach and belly also hurts but to the point I'm kinda sick and wants to spew. And these days I'm also having dark brown sticky discharge but I had a white discharge (for 3 days) 2 days before this happens. I just want to know if I'm pregnant which is impossible because my boyfriend did not release his semen inside or it's just that a result of a surgery 'cause my mom also experienced the same thing after having her surgery in gall bladder. I just really need your help. I haven't have a period after July 15-18 which is my last period.

Note: You can see the brown discharge attached below.

Best thing to do is a pregnancy test. It's the only way to get a definitive answer 😘
