1 month post op-Laproscopy,Hysteroscopy, and D&C : Diagnosis endometriosis

Hey guys,

Alright so its officially 1 month post op from my procedures. I am currently going through my period and I find this period to be very diffcult for me. Not only am I bleeding more than I was before but I also got REALLY bad anxiety and cramps. Is this normal? Has this happened to anyone else? When I say my period was heavy I mean I was going through 7 jumbo pads and I just felt really off.

I had the same last September and I did bleed a lot for 1 cycle afterwards. I assume due to the d&c

Hi. I would guess that after the trauma of the op, things would be worse this menses. Have you tried magnesium bath salts? Possibly also the anxiety could be related to your body still getting rid of the anaesthetic drugs as well as magnesium deficiency from cramps. It must be awful for you especially when the hope is that surgery improves symptoms. I would hope next cycle will be better for you x

I never thought of my anxiety as the anasthetic drugs exciting my body. I will try the bath salt baths thank you so much for the recommendation
