Brown markes on my inner thigh-tossed skin syndrome

I have toasted skin syndrome and now my inner thighs are brownish and have a weird pattern i know it's from using a hot water bottle but I really what to know if it's permanent please help

I have this all over my stomach! It's were the veins have burst from the heat. It may go away just need to try to keep heat off it, not have hot water bottle so hot but mine looks like it's pretty permanent bio oil may help!

Thank you so much for your reply have been so worried and feel much better that is may go I have not had any reactions like itchiness to it but I just hope it goes down ! Are the ones on your stomach worse than this ?

No worries it is a horrible feeling to know one of the only thing that does help- marks you!!!! Aha my stomach is a lot worse- I will see if I can post a picture up for you. Try to keep heat away from it and it should fade!! Being tanned also makes it look a little better ha! X

You have no idea how much stress I was in but thanks to you I feel much better it varies with temperatures the hotter it is the darker it gets .... thank you so much I will try wait a couple off months to see a difference x😊

Just posted something up with picture of my stomach Hot water bottle burn- Erythema ab igne have a look may make you feel a wee bit better!

Haha well we both need to stay away from the heat 🙈 Least I am not the only one! Bio oil is also a saviour
