Hi, I am on the rigevidon pill which is 3 weeks on and 1 week off. I am just trying to work out when the first day of my cycle is to help improve my gym/exercise routine. Would it be the first day of my off week? The first day I start a new pack? Or the first day of my withdrawl bleed (which is usually half way through my off week) any info would be much appreciated. Thanks
