Hi,
I was wondering if anyone could give me tips on how to manage my pain, whilst abroad!
I don't have many of my usually tools, for example my hot water bottle etc!
All I have with me is very few pain relief medication!

Which country are you in? Can you not go to a store and purchase a heat pad or more pain relief? Lots of countries have online supermarkets. They could deliver to you.
