Mirena and nausea

Sorry if this has been covered elsewhere! Anyway i had a Mirena placed almost a week ago after a hysteroscopy. Decided on this option as i have menorraghia. Over the last couple of days i have had really chronic nausea and have even been sick a couple of times. Went to the GP and no temp so thats all good but the nausea and also pain in my lower abdomen is dabilitating! I now have anti-nausea pills which help a bit but am still unable to do much! I have to go back to work the week after next and so am wondering if anyone else had these symptoms and if they settled after a short period of time or took ages? Thanks x
