In 2013 I was diagnosed finally after years and years of pain, many doctors appointments etc. Since then I've had two laparoscopies, and been on several different pills which would work for a little bit and then have no effect at all! So since November 2015 the next option was to try the marina coil... so far (touchwood) it has relived a lot of the symptoms.. still get the odd sharp stomach pains there's no warnings they just attack! But one thing that has happened is a lot of weight gain! I have a very physically demanding job and I do extra exercise aswell, I try and eat healthy. I avoid dairy and wheat as they don't agree with my ibs! I just don't know what to do as I'm doing what a notmal person would do... but they would be either loosing weight or maintaining it, unlike me I'm gaining weight! It just doesn't add up?! I know I can't get the best of everything but I have very low confidence as it is, so to add in the weight gain and the scars on my tummy it's proving quite difficult for me. I would like to have a few days away in the sun but I'm putting it off as I don't feel confident or comfortable enough to wear a bikini! Does anyone have any tips or food I should avoid etc to help with the weight gain & start loosing some weight, I'm not sure if it's the hormones that are effecting it aswell? Any ideas would be greatly welcome x

Hello dear,
I would suggest you to quit all the dairy products and meat as well, especially red one. Eating more fruit and vegetables, fish, coconut milk or almond - no soy products as well. Eat spinach, broccoli, avocado, salads, drink a lot of water and green tea. And also you can bye ginger roots and make some delicious and fresh tea from it - find the exact reception online. Cooking soups, brown rice. Walking as much as you can! Eat healthy stay healthy! Try to start with this and I'm sure you are going to love the way you feel! Talking from a personal experience with a very severe Endometriosis! The Food helps me
To change this painfully terrible condition!! Believe me and give it a try!
Greetings, Aleksandra
