I've just found out I'm pregnant and would like some advice from any ladies that have the same conditions and been through a pregnancy. Is there anything I should be looking out for? Anything I should ask at Drs? Any advice is very much appreciated 🙂

Pregnant with stage 4 endometriosis and adenomyosis
Both my pregnancies were fine as both diseases are on hold whilst pregnant x
I wondered the same thing! I've also had a laparoscopy for stage for 4 endo a week ago and I wonder what the pregnancy experiences were for older women (over 37) following surgery for severe endo with adenomyosis.
First of all massive congratulations! Did you fall pregnant naturally or with help! I'm struggling at the mo with having a Hysterectomy or not as the pain is so bad. I've no children
Thank you, I must admit it came as a massive shock,as really didn't think I could have anymore children, I was trying for 9+ yrs and gave up hope. I too experience awful pain and was due to go in for an op end of the month to have surgery on my bowel due to endometriosis and to remove a polyp and 3 cysts, but that won't be happening now. I fell pregnant naturally, but was considering ivf.
Before making your mind up re a hysterectomy, I'd first see if you can get your pain under control, I'm on a drug called duloxetine for nerve pain and it's been amazing.
Have you got a good Dr and endometriosis consultant? As worth discussing your pain etc with them, but if not happy with what they say, always have a second opinion and follow your heart.
I wish you all the best and hope you get your pain under control soon xx
Hi I have two boys. I suffer with both conditions. Congratulations! I was on antidepressants and a few other medications which they kept me on and both my boys healthy.
