Hi i was diagnosed with endo at the age of 17,i had full hysto at 26 after many years of pain,i am now 35 and am suffering from chronic pain because of scar tissue/adhesions on my right side,no one is willing to operate,what am i meant to do ??????

Are you absolutely sure it's not endo regrowing? It can happen even after hysterectomy and ovaries out - mine did.

Technically adhesions can be dealt with by general surgeon but as it's likely to be endo caused I'd get yourself referred back to gynae. If not already get to a bsge centre as you can say endo hasn't abated after hysterectomy and you want advice.

I struggled for two years in pain after my hysterectomy to finally get relief when bsge gynae operated and removed endo and also unstuck bowel and removed scar tissue and put adept gel in to hopefully stop more adhesions and scar tissue forming. 3 months I feel a lot better and would say pain is gone apart from odd twinge at end of the day.

It's hard but you have to keep fighting until you find the right person to help you. Good luck.
