I have my consultant appt on Monday!! I'm so relieved, I might be getting closer to a resolution. Any advice for any preparation I can do/things I should make notes of in advance? Thank you

It's always good to keep a diary of your symptoms so you know what makes your symptoms worse or better and when about in your cycle this happens.

A pain diary / history can help. They'll want to know about your pain: when you feel pain (during sex / going to the loo / during menstruation, etc) and info about your cycle.

Thank you both- I have a feeling I should have written exact dates down 😕 oh well I'll make notes of what I can remember and hope for the best. Thank you!
