Pain after mirena

Hello!

I had the mirena fitted after a laparoscopy for the removal of endo at the end of January.

I've had cramps every day since it was put in but they are becoming more painful now and also have hip pain?! Feel like an old lady :(!!

Has anyone experienced this?

Hi, I had my laparoscopy of 13th Jan and removal of edo, with mirena fitted too. I had the same problems you are, I even called for an ambulance because the pain was so bad. i felt in more pain than i did before the op! I went back to my GP and he just explained that its the mirena adjusting to the body, id say go to your GP and explain your symptoms as the mirena may not be agreeing with your body
