39 TTC with IUI with endometrioma on my right ovary

Hi, I am very new to this. I have been trying to conceive for over 10 years. In Oct 2015 had a chemical pregnancy after laparoscopic surgery, I was so surprised bc I had given up from being broken ❤ all these years. My at started 2/28/17, I went for a scan on 3/1/17 had 3 follicles on my right ovary (right ovary also covered with endometrioma) and 2 on my left. I am on letrozole 3-7 cycle day. I will be going to check my follicles on 3/8 and I will be using ovedril 36 hr before IUI. I am not sure when I'll get my IUI depending on my follicles size, but I believe close to 3/13.
