I had my first laparoscopy 4 weeks and I bled for 2 weeks. This morning I've woke up with brownish coloured blood in my underwear and stomach cramps. Is this my first period or still from my operation?

I think it's more likely to be your period at this stage. Are you currently on any hormone treatment, the pill, Mirena etc xx
