Tens machine

Hi everyone

Has anyone used or tried a tens machine for pain relief before the small ones you can get for period pain, I was just wondering if it might help ease the pain,

I know you can wear them under your clothes so would be ideal at work as im a care assistant and have to wear a uniform. I'm going away soon so I don't want to constantly be taking my co- codamol. I Already have to take Fybogel daily don't want any more problems in that area 😂
