Delayed period and now still spotting

Hi

I have stage 4 endo and it does sometimes cause my period to me a few days early or late. Well this time I was 15 days late (no signs I was starting my period so got excited I might be pregnant). It started but I only bleed for say 2 days, since then I'm getting fresh red spotting and cramping and this has been for 11 days now.

Has anyone else experienced this? Should I see a doctor or try to see the gyme team?
