I have appointment with a family doctor on the 30th but the pain is horrible what can I do ?
What should I do? : I have appointment with... - Endometriosis UK
What should I do?

Can you see another doctor in the meantime and asks to be referred to a BSGE centre if your in the UK or a gyno?
Even at a walk in clinic

I'm from Ohio and we really don't have those and the soonest for anyone right now is the 30th I'm pretty much been in a ball on the couch all day
Oh
Are you willing to try natural therapies?
In the meantime you could see a pelvic floor physiotherapist.
One technique I was taught is called 'stroking', with 3 fingers storekeeper your legs all around up 3 times. Then horizontally stroke your back and front.
Pain leads to nerves that become sensitized this works to undo that.
Have you tried to heat up a wheat bag or hot water bottle and place it over the most painful area? I have to take strong painkillers just to be able to get out of bed but there's been many a time where I haven't had my medication and desperately needed even just a tiny bit of relief. I've personally found this quite helpful and tend to use mine all year round.
I find buscopan (over the counter drug) helpful for pelvic and bowel cramps in combination with stronger medicines. Also electric heat pad & tens machine. Good luck with your doctor visit.
I have tried at home things it's not working and I'm limited on what I can take over the counter because I am allergic to pretty much everything I spent my night in ball in tears I also don't want to get out of bed but have to because of my girls
I know stroking may seem like it won't help but just try. Can you go to a planned parenthood to get progesterone birth control or the coil so you don't have periods. They could even give you an ultrasound.
There's the endo diet, you have to play around with it though, I can't have soy but I can have wheat. Dairy and meat and fish helps my pain.
Also castor oil packs.
Unfortunately we can't give you any advic except to wait if you've tried everything.
Do easy yoga, cat to cow
Call your doctor and let him know your in pain and ask if there is anything they are willing to prescribe you over the phone. I had to do that last month and was able to get some Tramadol to get me through until I could see someone.
ETA: I live in WI
