tomorrow im checking in at the hospital up in yorkshire and on friday is my full excision of endometriosis...it will be a long surgery (around 8h)....pls think of me, pls

Good Luck with the operation Marta - we spoke a few months back, I had the same op with MrT a year ago. I'm back from Australia to see family over Christmas and am due to see him this afternoon for a follow up! I hope everything goes well and you managed to have some time in Poland to rest up before your surgery. Don't worry - you'll feel worse before you feel better, I felt really dreadful the first few days after the full excision, very sore and very sorry for myself, but it did wonders so try and focus on what improvements it will hopefully bring you in the future. hi! yes im waiting for appointment with him. hes running late because of something happened in the theatre....mine should be at 2pm but they send me to the hotel and im waiting now. are you still there? i may drive then now to see you if you up for it? xx

Yes we got here & told he's running late, my appointment was due at 4pm for a quick follow up, not sure what time I'll see him now! I'm waiting in the smaller waiting room, backs on to the higher up car park, I think it's called the springfield suite (there's a cosmetic surgery bit there too), having a coffee then will head downstairs nearer 5pm in hope Mr T is out of theatre. Feel free to come meet me, I'm in black jeans & cream jumper & black/cream scarf!!!

Hi Marta we've just been told it's going to be nearer 6 so I've said to nurse I will have a phone appointment with Mr T next week instead. Are you at a hotel near the hospital? I can either pop in and have a quick chat on my way home (my partner can have a drink st the bar while he waits for us) or I can call you later once we're home. Just let me know as we're in car park ready to leave now. Sx
