Can you... well you know what without extra pain??? I tried the other day as I managed to go on holiday. Its coming up for 4 weeks but it's definitely much much more painful though may be approaching my first period which I hear tends to be bad itself. Hard to tell as I am bleeding so much from the mirena : (
