The coil shouldn't fall out if it's properly inserted, when did you have it inserted?

How is your pelvic floor? Do you feel an urge to urinate more. A weak pelvic floor could cause it to fall out due to lack of support.

I wold defiantly get to the doctor to see what's going on though because the coil doesn't normally fall out.

I've heard it can happen. If it were me i'd call my GP ooh service or the 111 non emergency helpline for medical advice just for peace of mind

Actually, It can happen. I'm waiting for an ultrasound scan as the doctor at the family planning clinic couldn't locate the threads to remove and replace it.

My periods have been so heavy the past two months, it's possible it came out with a huge clot and I wouldn't have noticed.

This is from the US website for Mirena:

m.mirena-us.com/faq/

'Expulsion. Mirena may come out by itself. This is called expulsion. You may become pregnant if Mirena comes out. If you think that Mirena has come out, use a backup birth control method like condoms and spermicide and call your healthcare provider.'
