I have stage 1 endo diagnosed March 2016, it was excised from my womb. I am surviving on just ibuprofen and have been signed off from gynaecology. Currently trying to conceive but no help from doctors. Any advice?

I had severe endo and had to have ivf. I conceived with ivf and following dr zhaos diet and lifestyle advice. Here is a link. She also suggested women with endo have a cold uterus so to warm it daily with a hot water bottle, but not if you thought you may be pregnant. X
I read recently that ibruprofen is not the best thing to be taking if ttc. I've been ttc and stopped taking it, until I recently had a fibroid removed, but for the next few days/weeks whilst in recovery I'll keep taking it.
Ibuprophren does nothing for my Pain. I have stage 5 I take narcotics and still don't help..Have lupus as well about start pain management.. Hope you find relief soon. Hopefully you find another doc not sure of any ..I'm looking for amother doctor as well.
Hi, dear, I'm in the same boat. Any advice here for you would be advisable for me, too. I was diagnosed with endometriosis around the same time as you. I got tired of TTC last year and went for surrogacy instead. It was such a relief to finally become a mother. The baby had our genes, too. Are you considering any forms of unnatural pregnancy? I hope you're able to conceive or have a child otherwise. Good luck xx
