Hi all, i had a lap in jan to excise a lot of endo scarring. It was found in POD, my bowel was attached to the abdominal wall on the right, in my uterosacral ligament as well as a few other places. I've been doing really well sonce the op. I tried a couple of pills which didnt agree with me so they said if i want i might as well come off them as i'm doing ok without...until now. I just had my period, had some lower back pain before but now my periods finished i have a lot of pain just like when my endo was bad before. It feels like its right in my tailbone and the backs of my hips. For those that have had ops (and i know this will vary loads) when did your pain return? Also, when do you ladies have the most pain. I seem to be getting mine just after my period and i'm wondering if its where theres inflammation where my body cant get rid of the cells that have grown in the wrong place during my period. I know this wont fix anything for me but it would be nice to understand it a bit more. X

Mine is almost always stabbing and shooting pain on day 1 , my "Niagara falls" day along with galloping diarrhoea. Then the pain passes. It's a bit weird .i have more or less permanent back pain fatigue and bloating.
After my op the back pain seemed to go away but Ll of a sudden, 11 months on its back with a vengeance. I had a sore bruised type pain on the inside of my tailbone a week before my period and during then since its been a really sore pain inside of my tailbone and spreading out through my lower back and hips. It feels a lot like back period cramps but in the back rather than front. I really thought the op had fixed me but it looks like its back xx
