pain just at night

does anyone else just get pain at night. can anyone explain why it happens? or could it be something compelety different

Hi. What sort of pain are you getting? Have you had diagnostic lap? I get a lot more pain at night. Usually wake up after about 4 hours sleep with back pain. Have been like this for years and assumed I had a bad back, then got diagnosed with endo in January. I have it in lots of places, including the uterosacral ligament which connects to nerves in your spine, so I assume this is the bit that causes me pain at night. Just had 7 months on Prostap treatment and had less night time pain. After coming off the treatment it is all back with a vengeance, so I am concluding it is deffo endo pain!

thank you for your response. yes i had a lapo 3 months ago. cyst on my ovary and tubes all blocked up. they want to put me on the hormone injection but me and husband are trying for a baby so having to deal with the pain. so do you think it's coz we are lying on our backs and everything is squashing it down. why does it happen it's so weird and annoying. don't get anything in the day and wake up 3:30 every night till 5-6 then get back to sleep for an hour or so before work. so annoying.

i get pain at night too? where abouts do you get your pain? i spoke to a naturopath and they said its because when we lie down our muscles tense up and contract which in turn affects our nerves

i get it just on my left side like my tube just aches so bad. i would of thought lying down our muscles are relaxed. glad i'm not the only one and it's normal. but it's very strange why it happens just at night

Are you overdoing it during the day maybe?

Or do you have something to distract you from pain?

I know I used to be fine all day and bad at night b/c I was distracted by pain.
