Advice please

Hi quick question if anyone can help.i changed my dressings today and the smell was horrendous.where the drain was taken out the site is Abit oozy with fluid and smells.do you think I need antibiotics? Plus 4th day and haven't had my bowels open is that normal.i am taking senna

I would definitely see your doctor, I've had two laps and didn't notice any smell on removing dressings X

I really would have hoped you were discharged from hospital with some advice!!! I agree with others get it checked tomorrow,if your g.p can't see you but they should then present at A&E, don't leave it. Let us know how it goes sounds infected! Good wishes..
