Some good news

Hello All

I have lumps in my belly button that hurt cyclically. I have also recently found out my uterus is "bulky" and I have a possible fibroid.

I went to my nearest Endo Specialist Centre in Kent and the Dr there was lovely. I was listened to and he listened to me - after my bad experience with previous Dr scaring me wit-less with the risk of a Colostomy bag!! (local hospital)

So I am now on a wating list for a lap to remove lumps and have an look around inside.

So pleased I looked up the Specialist centre and that my GP referred me to them.

If you are in any doubts, please see your local one, mine was a great decision.

I recently had a laparoscopy at the Kent BSGE centre in Tunbridge Wells, which I think is the one you're referring to. How did it go for you?

I was in Maidstone, but it's part of the same trust I believe? Still waiting for operation date to come through the post. How did your lap go? What was your recovery like? Did they find anything? Hope you are okay?
