Complex ovarian cyst

Hi ladies, I'm hoping for some advice as I'm worried and very fed up, around the end of July I started what I thought was my period, only this one was different as it carried on for weeks and got so bad I ended up in AandE then to my doctor sent me for a scan both internally and out, they found I had two complex cysts on my right ovary, the doctor then said that I needed to have another scan in around three weeks time however I was sent for one the following week, they only did a ultasound which did not show anything, the week before only the internal scan shown the cysts, but now my doctor says they must have gone yet I have started bleeding again and so far this has been for the past 4 weeks, I also have pain on my right side and back. I don't know what to do now
