Giving up.

Hi everyone, new to this place but dealt with Endo since I was 12 and now 27. Today is a bad day and really don't think I can put up with the constant pain much longer, pain medication is bust and inner strength and will power is at an all time low.

Awe I really feel for you, I've had similar day . Tomorrow will be better I'm sure or some little nice thing will happen to lift us it so hard keeping mentally strong 💗💗💗💗

Sorry you're having such a bad time. Hope today is a bit better.

Can't really give any advice but can empathise and somehow another day goes ok.

You are not alone. I am having 3 weeks of pain hell!! But stick in there and stay strong. Take a bath go for a walk if you can managed either. Practice breathing. I usually breath in for 5 seconds hold for 2 and breath out for 7. Keep doing this until you feel more calm and focssed. Try hot water bottle/ deep freeze spray or both and may even speak to your chemist about a tens machine? I hope this will help and you will feel better soon. xxx
