Okay so I'm not really sure being I'm 17 but one thing I know for sure is that just b/c you have stage 4 doesn't mean you won't be able to get pregnant, actually Padama Lakashmi has stage 4 and she got pregnant naturally 'by accident' a little after she froze her eggs in I believe her late 30's.

If your Fallopian tubes are clear it means sperm can reach the egg since there aren't any blockages in them, however your left ovary may or may not present a problem. In most cases it won't b/c women have 2 ovaries for the same reason that sometimes one doesn't even ovulate.

Ask your ob/gyn or GP about taking progesterone while pregnant since it helps with misscarriges in cases where some women don't produce enough progesterone causing the fetus not to develop.

Women produce 'killer sperm' cells, some more then others, they work to get the best sperm possible and sometimes they attack all sperm so it can't fertilize the egg.

Get your partner checked out for fertility too, if he has a low sperm count it may be hard, I know TMI but tell him no tight underwear and to wear boxers and briefs.

Best wishes, I think you'll be able to get pregnant, don't stress out about it too much sometimes stress can cause issues too. One of my moms friends was stressing and then the next thing she knew she was pregnant after she stopped focussing, I know it sounds weird but stress does weird things. :)

Hi, I also have stage 4 endo, and we had been trying for 5 years before we discovered I had endo. I had adhesions between uterus and bladder and endo all over bladder and bowels. I lost one ovary and tube to a endo cyst. I had surgery last year to remove the cyst which was when they discovered the endo. They temoved some adhesions at that point but not all of them. Just over 14 months later, we now have a 3 month old little girl so it is possible!! Have you had any surgery as we were told the beat time is the 6 months after the surgery is performed.

Xxx

Hello!

I've just found out I'm pregnant after two years of trying. I also have stage 4 endo, scarring on my pouch of Douglas and my ovary is stuck with endo to my wall.

Just starting to go down Fertility tests etc when I found out it has actually happened!

Everyone told me to stop trying and it will happen and to stop worrying and it will happen. When your in that situation it's hard not to, I completely get it!

One thing I will say is never give up hope, I was starting to lose any hope I had of ever conceiving. Never believed it would happen for me!

Good luck

X

Hi ladies,

I'm new here and have the same worries! Just got diagnosed 2 days ago and we've been trying for couple of months now. I've been feeling really down about the reduced fertility. I'm 31 and also have stage 4, adhesions and cysts so organs fused together and it's affected my bowel (rectovaginal). Waiting for sigmoidoscopy and then they'll decide which surgery!

Anyways I digress!

I am pleased to hear success stories here and gonna remain hopeful!

best wishes to all x
