I am very sorry to hear about the sexual assault. That is a traumatic experience.
Before I was diagnosed with endometriosis, I too, has pain during sex. It eventually became unbearable and had to stop mid-intercourse. It also progressed to pain throughout the day. I had to make several doctors appointments which led me to a gyno/specialist that did a laparoscopy to remove the endo. I think you will need to make doctor's appointments as well. Tell them that it is unbearable and interfering with your relationship, you want to be referred to a gynecologist.
I have endo and suffered something v similar to you whilst at uni. I've just seen a specialist at a bsge clinic who prescribed a special aid to help dilate my vagina over a few weeks as when I got diagnosed with endo they also found I have vaginismus but apparently its when your muscles contract and spasm. Def go and see your doctor and try to get referral if you can. I also saw a counsellor for a while to help me. I hope this helps x
Princess I am so sorry you have had to go through this. Your GP is failing you, I think some kind of therapy may help, your GP should refer you for this, if he/she won't can you make an appointment with another GP at the surgery? Alternatively you could seek private therapy/counselling. There are charity run groups out there who can help and don't cost the earth x
