I was diagnosed with endo in Feb after laparoscopy and had what they could find removed. Things started to settle but in last few months it's been awful again! They found a cyst which they are scanning again in 4 weeks... But today I'm in agony and on codiene, tramadol and diclofenac and still no let up. The pain is lower right pelvic pain that goes in to my back and down my leg... What else can I do??

When your pain started was it a stabbing sort of pain?? Also as a precaution have you had your appendix removed ? Hope your feeling a little better xxx
Yes it was a stabbing pain and still is but with added pressure pain... It's like someone is sticking a knife in and twisting it! I have had so much pain relief tonight and still I'm in agony!
In all honesty it sounds like what happened to me when my cyst burst! It was a sharp stabbing pain to begin with then was super tender to the touch after! I was hyper aware of it! See if you can get a scan of the area xxx
I spent 4 hours having everything removed, only to be back 12 months later having it all taken away again. So you might be suffering a grow back. Hopefully they will scan you again.
Hi, was you operated on by a general gyne as they often miss endo in certain situations and locations, so its possible that you still have endo from before, or that's come back, get a refferal to a bsge specialist centre,
Hi, I was operated on by the lead surgeon at the endo centre in John Radcliffe in Oxford... I saw her the other week for a cystoscopy and she reviewed the images she took and is confident she got everything...
You can never actually remove all endometrial cells and they are back after surgery in more than 80% of the cases. In some cases they grow back in less than 2 months. From what I can make of it, it seems like you've had a cyct ruptured. All you have to do is take the pain till it settles down and settle down it will.
I've had it couple times before - it reaches to the point where you feel ur about to pass out. But stick in there - I'm sure you'll make it feeling better in some time
