Advice and help needed please 😔
I am at my wits end knowing what to do next or where to turn, I have severe tummy pains in which I feel like I'm being punched constantly. I also have bad nausea and bad bleeding. I have been unable to move from the sofa all day and have a full weeks work ahead of me that I must attend. I recently attended a follow up gynaecology appointment in which I pleaded with them that I cannot take this pain and bleeding much longer, they told me I had to wait another 6 months of using the injection and then if that isn't working go from there; I honestly can't cope with this pain a day longer let alone 6 months. Any advice/help on what I could try to do to ease the pain would be hugely appreciated x

Severe spine and abdo pain
Severe nausea shakes and exhaustion
