Hello, had a lap nearly 2 weeks ago. Couple days now I have had bad gas pain. Today it is excruciating..! I'm literally screaming and crying! Have tried peppermint tea but no difference, has anyone tried anything that works?! X

Have u got somebody to give you a massage? It hurts but it breaks up the pockets of gas just a vigorous rub nothing special xx

I certainly do! My partner always give me foot massages : ) It's the left side of my ribcage that's really bad (right under my boob) Do you mean massage exactly where the pain is? Sorry that may sound a bit dump it'd just so painfull I can't imagine anyone touching around there xx thank you

all over your torso not really focusing anywhere it'll help you to relax, the pockets of gas will break up because the muscles are relaxed, you have relaxed just take it easy and do some gentle arm movements like rolling your shoulder, shrugging, arm up and down like your waving. it all helps xx

Thank you very much for your comments, big help. I was getting so panicky and stressed out earlier. Now that I have started to stay calm its a bit better.

So want this to be over! X X

Just remember keep calm, if you tense up the pain is so much worse xx
