Mirena help

I've been given the mirena coil since 15th Dec to see if it helps my endo. I've been constantly bleeding off and on as expected but it has got to a light bleed rather then heavy and I'm having less painful days then I did before which is great. The last couple of days I've started having cramps and bleeding as if I was having a normal period before I had the coil. I'm heavy again and in pain, could this mean ive expelled the coil? I've had to go to the docs a couple of times to check it previously as my body was trying to reject it. I can't get an appointment at the docs for over a week so just wondering people's thoughts or experiences. Thanks in advance
