Shout the loudest

Hello all,

I have been reading all the posts and a lot of people are saying "remember its who shouts the loudest gets heard". Who do you shout to? I have been down the doctors every week and she tries her best, just had a course of strong antibiotics, been put on iron pills and have been given every painkiller going (nothing works) just makes me feel like a zombie! I am so tried I could sleep all day everyday. Another quick question, does anyone suffer with ulcers (mouth and vigina).
