Hey ladies sorry I not been on for a while but I have found out in september I was pregnant this is after being told ,"I'd need ivf and I would never get pregnant naturally" well guess what I did I was so shocked giving i was booked to have a ovary and tube removed in April . I'm now due in may and I couldnt be happier. I know its not going to solve my endo but it helps me fight against it so all you lovely ladies who are trying or told the same as me it can happen. Xx
15yrs of turture now .......: Hey ladies... - Endometriosis UK
15yrs of turture now .......
Wow, congratulations, so pleased to hear some lovely news, take it easy, xxx
Ditto! Was told no chance, booked for major surgery - fell preg - due in July! Congratulations, enjoy your pregnancy xx
Aww and you how have you been with pregnancy xx
Had to rest a lot in first trimester as bit risky. Feeling much more like myself and starting to enjoy it now! How about you, how's it going? Xx
Same I had a cyst at 1st too but going hospital to see a Dr over what's going to happen with labour and endo etc I'm actually sat here now writing questions out x
I have a cyst too - snap! Ooh you're doing well, think they are just treating me as normal for now anyway, still on list for surgery post birth but think I'm going to go for a second opinion. X
We'll because I'm under different hospital to gynae Dr I got discharged when I rang but that's coz am out of area. If it would of been same hospital I'd of been postponed. The hospital I'm in now is treating me normal but after some finds I don't think we should be. I'll send u the link in a message. Ive also got concerns to the stitches and if they give me antisickness coz I'm highly allergic to both and they already laughed and told me they can't glue them tears or c section lol xx
I agree but findings are relatively recent and I don't think the nhs have a strategy as yet put in place for Endo ladies. I considered going private but seems a lot of money for just a bunch of extra scans along the way, which would stress me out more I think.
Planning on talking to midwife about it at first gp appt soon, then back to the hospital again in Feb. If you could let me know what your doctor's take on it is that would be fab!
Are you definitely having a c-section then or just planning incase it happens? My mum is allergic to catgut, but they have a lot of synthetic alternatives now so I wouldn't worry xx
Great to hear some good news for once in regards to endo.x.x.
