Pain and bloating

Hi all I have had a constant bloated belly worse than normal for months also this constant burning in my side that gets worse when I eat or empty bladder any ideas why xx

Did you go to gp with this? Do you have bloated tummy every day?

Just write down what symptoms you have, when in your cycle and how do you feel. Take this to your gp.

Oh yes Hun I have severe endo and Pcos endo as ruined my life xx

Oh no. So sorry to hear this!! Endo is so horroble and so badly reconized! For your tummy peppermint can help or maybe herbal tea's? I wish you all the best!!

Have you tried peppermint capsules? I suffered alot with bloating and still do but it has reduced significantly with a daily peppermint capsule x

I can recommend the Boots own brand ones, branded ones are double the price and they have had the exact same effect x

Great, hope they help! I take mine last thing at night now as if you taken them in the morning you can taste mint all day ☺
