I found that cutting out wheat,gluten and soya really helped. I also swear by peppermint tea X
Have you tried the endometriosis diet? Cutting out sugar, dairy and soy does wonders for me. There's quite a lot to be found on diet and endometriosis. This website natkringoudis.com has great information - just search for endometriosis. Nat Kingroudis is all about regulating hormones. Also exercise at any level is great for overall pain relief. You may feel more pain initially after exercising but overall the pain subsides drastically with exercise and diet. There's another website that has great information however I have forgotten which one - I'll look and get back to you! You're definitely on the right track by looking into diet options!
