Hi Can you eat brown bread and potatoes? Or should they be avoided?

I can just eat lots of fruits and veggies after.

I do not have a clue. I have had an internal vaginal scan done, which they said there was a cyst and fluid which could be endo they said. they want to do another scan on day 5 of my period...

I have been suffering for a year and 7 months now.

Also my symptoms:

Started last April with an ache in on the right side of vagina (pubic mound), then also my groin, then January this year it was also on left side of vagina/groin. but it seems to all flare up really bad around ovulation. I also get swollen/bloated belly.

I was seeing a private physiotherapist and I felt that she really was helping with me my pain.. and then I had an internal scan and it showed a cyst?...

And it all flared back up again because she done the internal which did hurt inside of me

Yeah I understand. I will be going back to my physiotherapist who massages the areas. she also says I have a upslip pelvis, strained my distal insertion and sprain pubovesicle ligament
