Well I've had my results from the iron tests that were taken and they came back normal. So the tiredness I experiance isn't down to that. So where do I go from here now? Do I need to go see my doctor or do I wait until my gyne appointment in December. Xxx

I totally understand how frustrating it is to get 'normal' results when you know that something is really wrong!
Just a couple of thoughts:
- did your GP give you the exact results, or just say that everything was ok? It might be worth double checking: I was reassured that my iron levels were normal, only to find out a few months later that I was severely anaemic. In fact, those initial tests had actually shown that my levels were right at the lower end of the normal range - not flagged up, but still worth treating.
- chronic, grinding fatigue unfortunately seems to affect loads of people with endometriosis, with or without iron-deficiency anaemia. I definitely find it to be one of the hardest things to deal with. Specialist chronic fatigue clinics are geared up to help with many different cases and causes, eg. diabetes, MS, etc., not just the typical condition. If you could ask to be referred, you may finally get some relief.
I know this is the 2nd (or 3rd?) time I've suggested a referral, but in my own experience, it's only once you move past your GP that things really start to improve (definitely not criticising all GPs - I know how hard they have to work, and some are amazing - it's just that specialist care makes all the difference here).
Don't hesitate to message me if you want to chat or just vent! Sorry I haven't been on the forum lately - just finished the 1st part of our IVF cycle, so back on track now!
