A free online summit started yesterday called the Digestion Sessions. It lasts until 8th November and is completely FREE to watch until then. Each day a new set of interviews is aired and I think yesterday's set will still be available to watch until 4pm today in the UK. (It's a US production)
It was on this time last year and I thought it was excellent. I learnt quite a bit. Many of us with endo have digestive issues such as bloating, wind, IBS etc. There is a lot of good information in these sessions that might help matters. Gluten pops up quite a bit and there's a lot of useful and interesting information on it.
One of the major factors that contributes to ill health is a poorly functioning digestive system. Many women with endo have a variety of digestive issues and changes to the diet sometimes, but not always, have the added benefit of reducing endo symptoms. Digestive malfunctions can contribute to endo and vice versa.

Don't forget though that any bowel symptoms we experience are mostly due to endo. Good surgery to treat endo should really clear up the majority of bowel issues which was my experience but the information in this summit helped me do things to make sure I have a healthy digestion such as fermented foods, bone broth, avoiding triggers like gluten etc. This was especially important to me just after surgery.
