I've just been looking at my diagnostic lap notes and it says I have a sizable endometrioma on my left ovary and the right ovary is slightly enlarged with a "Cystic appearance."
Does anyone know what this means? Is it another endometrioma or could it be multiple cysts as in PCOS?
