I have signed so glad iv seen this I really suffer only work 16hrs since having my daughter but that's to much sometimes when the pain hits my family have to step in to help me look after my 22 month old cus I'm just curled up in a ball !!!! I'm lucky the women I work with are supportive they know I only ring in when I really need to so I'm lucky I have there support x

I'm sorry to hear this it's sad the suffering we go through but no matter what no one really understands the true extent of how bad it is...your quite lucky to have great support from your family and your work because I had to leave my job and go self employed because of all the bad flare ups.x.

So sorry to hear that I did have the big managers against me due to all the leave I was having they referred me to occupational health they did a consultation I explained everything they were brill and told my work I have a chronic condition/disability so any leave now is protected under the equality act and goes Down as disability leave I am struggling working wish I could afford not to work xx

Oh well that's good because not many businesses or work places are understanding no matter what if your absent then your no good for the company but I'm glad your works a lot more understanding...tell me about it to not have to stress about work would be great to be able to just take a step back when the Endo flares up would be a big weight off any sufferer.x.x.
