Hi all, so I've just joined this forum as I know support will help me massively. I have just turned 35, recently married and have grade 4 (the worst!) endometriosis. Just had a flair up but now I've ovulated, the symptoms have improved massively. Tuesday afternoon I developed generalised abdominal pain. It felt like trapped wind. Then severe pain ensued. What baffles me is this- can endometriosis really cause vomitting, diarrhoea and a fever and nausea!?!? I feel like I'm pregnant (I'm not, but had a pregnancy at age 21 so I know morning sickness). The doc did give me laxatives which explains the diarrhoea-but it's all weird to me. Had a laparoscopy in May and some adhesions were broken down just to make me more comfortable for my wedding at the end of May. Thankfully the wedding was endo free. But the consultant says I need a bowel resection and appendectomy. Support and advice please xx

Hi, you poor thing. Sounds like you have a lot going on. Given the temperature, nausea and vomiting I would get to a doctor pretty soon as it sounds like there could be something more acute at play and may not be wise to dismiss this as purely endo symptoms.

Thanks Meekos. I started taking the anti b's prescribed by my doc 'just in case' it was something non endo. However, my ovulation kit told me I'd ovulated yesterday and the pain has subsided. There is still bloating and griping gut movements. I feel this is the 'next level' of my endo as I know from my previous lap that I have a large nodule of endo attached to rectum. I feel like this is a cancer x
