So today is a bad day, woke up in the night bleeding and in pain had to call in sick to work, this is really getting me down! I just wanna spend the day in bed! i am very lucky that I have a brilliant support from my mum who is coming to help me look after the kids but honestly all this bleeding and pain is really getting me down lately!
