Struggling so much

I have had constant pain the worst during the nite for nearly 2 weeks now, had 2 hospital admittances and they won't operate because I'm inflammed apparently. I have a 9cm cyst on both ovaries and they have told me my insides are a mess. The sonographers actual words to me ' will take a brave surgeon to operate on you'. I was due to go to an endo clinic in August which they have now changed to Sept and I am so upset. I am taking morphine at home and it's still not touching the pain At night. I don't know what to do and feel like everyone is playing hot potato with me passing me around . I just want the pain to stop :(
