Hi. I had my 2nd lap on the 1st of June. And I'm all ready bleeding when I go to the loo. And started to have pains to. So how soon can endometriosis come back

It can still be there if they didn't get rid of ALL the endo. You might have had spots that were too tiny to see. Also, please remember that the pain you are feeling can also be the removed lesions healing up. Like a scab over an external wound. You will feel that pain for a while.

And fyi: I had a surgery last year that as quickly as 4 days later, it felt like I had never had the surgery done in terms of endo pain. I hurt just as much as I had before the surgery.

Hi, I have read that the first few periods after surgery can be very painful but things should settle down after this.
