Many women with endo take NSAIDs (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) for endo pain e.g. ibufrofen, naproxen etc. This article explains how it has been observed that these drugs reduce ovulation and also reduce progesterone. dailymail.co.uk/health/arti...

If you are trying to conceive this could be hindering you. If progesterone is reduced then oestrogen will be higher in relation to progesterone. This discrepancy can be one of the drivers of endo. So while these drugs might address the pain, ultimatley they could be contributing to a worsening of symptoms.
