I had my embryo transfer this past Wednesday and transferred two 4AA graded embryos. I have had little cramping but my breasts are very sore. The waiting game is awful. I hope that my breastfeeding tenderness is an indication of pregnancy and not of menstruation. Has anyone else had these symptoms and had the ifv work?
