UTI's are extremely common amongst women with endometriosis. I have one least once a month. Make sure you drink plenty of fluids to flush your system out and cut down on caffeine where possible as it aggravates the bladder. Cutting out caffeine was hard for me to do but I can honestly say that since switching to decaff products I have seen a massive improvement. xx

I suffered constant UTI's before my op. They found a lot of endo on my ureters. I haven't had an infection since the operation so hopefully you find the op helps! Good luck x

Hi there

I read up in one of my endo books, possibly the nutition one by Dian Mills, that decaffeinated products can be just as bad as full caffeine. Something to do with the chemical process it goes through to make it decaffeinated. Makes reference to coffee, but imagine tea will be the same.

Don't want to upset anyone, but thought it was worth mentioning X
