Hi everyone, I have just joined the group. I was diagnosed with endometriosis 11 years ago. Although it has been manageable since 2005, the symptoms are much worse now which is having a huge impact on my work. Needless to say my job is under threat. So I was wondering if anyone is experiencing the same thing.

I battled endometriosis for years and was able to take personal time off monthly . This was approved by my boss. I heard some people get fmla approval and they get some sick days per year approved and it doesnt jeopardize your job. I would ask hr for details on FMLA. I hope you feel better.
